Joseph Goethals
Co-Founder and Vice President, Business Development
Midstream and marketing executive with 27 years of experience in business development roles within the energy industry. Prior to joining Union Resources, Joe was a director in the Cheniere Energy Inc. marketing business unit, manager of midstream business development for Dynegy, and held a commercial role for an international LNG group that participated in the Bontang LNG project in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. Joe holds a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago.
Dwayne Jammal

Operations executive with 38 years of experience in production, operations and reservoir engineering, including significant onshore operating experience. Dwayne was vice president operations for Linc Energy, chief operating officer for Tecpetrol, vice president at Erskine E&P, vice president for El Paso Co. and Coastal Oil and Gas, and held senior roles with Unocal. Dwayne received his B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Texas.
Michael Putnam

Michael was an executive officer of Noble Energy and held VP roles in global exploration and geoscience, was director of U.S. onshore unconventional exploration and new ventures, and business unit manager for the Gulf of Mexico deep water. He began his career with Cities Service Co. He holds a B.S. in Geology from the University of New Mexico.
